The tentative name for it now is the Spontaneous Underground or the Hippie Maphia, now get whatever stereotypical ideas you have in your head out, because this movement isnt based on the 60's hippy look or image but more so there ideas, their feelings, their beliefs, their freedom. The image and look for the movement is what the 18-27 hiphop loving "new era hippies" of our generation say, do and dress.
