<![CDATA[I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house in a great location in the Highlands. The house is fairly big. It has off street parking, a washer & dryer, DW, screened in porch with porch swing and a large yard (lawn mowing included in the $750). The extra bedroom is not furnished. It has lots of light, a small closet, and cable tv/ internet connection. There is a room that you can have for an office if you need it. Also, there is some attic and basement storage. Other than the extra bedroom and office, the rest of the house is furnished. I am a quiet, non-smoking, open minded, professional female. I sometimes work from home so I do tend to be home fairly often. I am looking for a non-smoking male or female roommate who is relatively quiet and mature. I have a cat who is older and doesn't get along with other pets, so unfortunately having other pets living here won't work. The lease ends March 31st with an option to renew. Rent is $525, but we have to pay all utilities -water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, internet, cable and lawn mowing, so after splitting utilities, it breaks down to be $750 all together. The cable is digital and includes HBO and Showtime. The house is located in a very nice & quiet part of the Highlands (near Briarcliff, Emory). Walk to VaHi shops as well as drive or walk to North Druid Hills, Midtown, Inman Park, and Little Five Points.]]>

And CHOW BABY “Best in Atlanta” for a first date. Several interior decorating shops have been voted "best in Atlanta" but since I don't keep up with them, I cannot tell you which ones. And if the neighborhood were not safe, all the above economic and social activity wouldn’t be happening. Real estate sells for $ 2.0 millions per acre - not exactly an indication of a crime ridden neighborhood. Though there are suburbanites who will be afraid at first glance - because they think criminals are oozing out of the old bricks of the warehouses because they don't look like suburbia.
