What we would like to do is barter for some or all of the rent, this would be perfect for a person that maybe owned multiple properties or just had a lot of work to do on their own home, here are some of the things we do in our business: painting, faux finishing, texturing, drywall work light remodeling and construction, electrical, installing fixtures fabrication and light welding, mechanic work, performance upgrades, 4-wheel drives home and mobile audio and electronics technician, speaker cabinet design and construction web design and website creation, graphic artwork, business card and ad design, photography I can make, do, create, or fix almost anything, I can usually make your computer run much faster, fix the broken vacuum cleaner and get the mower to fire up all while simultaneously composing a poem about the experience in my head. I have cleaned carpets and sandblasted shuttle parts, made pizzas and sold flowers, built custom suspensions and made artwork with old tractor parts. I grew up on a farm so I can plow a straight furrow and don't mind a bunch of critters around, good with growing things too, so a place that had a small plot for a garden in the spring would be great. We are very interested in sustainable living, and in green sources of energy, solar, wind etc., and will be designing and prototyping new products in this field, this is one of the reasons we need the workshop area, this is where you'll usually find me on days that we are not out on a jobsite, either doing some webwork or happily puttering on the latest project. I simply have noticed the various ads 'Frank' has listed over the past two or so months and how they have evolved. Just an observation on my part. Yes, I have a place I want to rent out so I peruse this category. No, I haven't rented it out yet as most of the posters in this thing are expecting or needing way too cheap rent or have baggage, issues, pets, evicitions, "don't have a job but keep me from being homeless" or "just got a job but don't get paid for...". Sorry, but if those people have burned thru their friends, family and aquaintances, why am I up for it next? I refuse to give up my personal space, my privacy and hand over and give license to someone my largest investment ($250K house) and all the furnishings, art, etc. for $300 or $375, $400, etc. It is fascinating the freaks and weirdos on this post. But, back to the original 'beware'; don't know Frank, don't care to know Frank, have no bad will for Frank, just warning those that are fresh to this posting realizes there has been an evolvement in Frank's ads and the tenor of those ads.
