Update and develop standard costs and provide variance and account analysis

Prepare financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules

Ensure that all plant assets are appropriately accounted for and coordinate periodic, and annual physical inventories

Provide monthly operating reports to senior management and be responsible for monthly accounting for the plant
<br>
Prepare operating budgets for expense and capital
<br>
Prepare monthly financial reports and present to local plant management to support effective and efficient operations

Prepare periodic fluctuation analysis (actual v plan) and take appropriate corrective action on identified variances
<br>
Review financial results for compliance with accounting policies, and established procedures.

Review monthly financial results for propriety and take action to resolve identified problems

Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Manufacturing, Food, and/or CPG experience required Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience Excellent Excel and Access Skills Excellent critical thinking, communications, and decision making skills
