But will spend a large amount of time on the road traveling between customer/client offices throughout the central valley. Hire, train and manage teams of temporary employees in multiple locations and oversee the daily operation of each of those sites in order to meet production goals <br> <br> 2. Devise a Command and Control methodology to manage a large multi-site territory <br> <br> 3. Review and generate a variety of reports for production efficiency and productivity by employee <br> <br> 4. Direct daily production meetings/conf calls with site managers to maintain on-time delivery of time-critical product <br> <br> 5. Maintain high level of quality of the work produced <br> <br> 6. Facilitate training to ensure satisfactory employee performance <br> <br> 7. Review production costs, staffing levels, and product quality and modify production and control program to maintain and enhance profitable operation <br> <br> 8.
