<![CDATA[Hello, We are looking for a house in California City with at least 3 bedrooms that will allow 2 cats and two small dogs (10-15 pounds). All of the animals are housebroken, neutered, licensed, healthy and well-behaved. The cats are strictly indoor. The dogs only go outside for walks, "potty breaks" and play. The majority of the time, they're inside, too. A fenced backyard and a garage are a BIG plus. To be near family, we'd like to be in the area between Neuralia and Hacienda to the east/west and CalCity Blvd and Redwood to the north/south. However, we're willing to consider just about anywhere in town. We have our own refrigerator, washer/dryer and everything else... so no appliances are required, though an existing oven/range and dishwasher is great. Prefer to be on natural gas, but propane is fine, too. Must be willing to allow me to work (I telecommute 95% of the time) and run my business from the home (Virtual Assistant/Mobile Notary). If you are an entrepreneur in need of Virtual Assistant Services, I'd be happy to talk with you about providing work to help with the cost of rent. My work is primarily done online or as a mobile service... nobody will be visiting, and I will be obtaining a proper home-based business license from the city, which may require the owner's signature. We're looking for a 1-2 year renewable lease and will need to move sometime between October and the end of the year, possibly later, depending upon circumstances. We may not be in an immediate rush to move... so if you think you'll have something available around the first of the year, that may be perfect. Ideally, we need to keep the rent to about $800/month, but may negotiate if needed. We are open to the possibility of a lease to own. Here's the kicker -- our credit is awful. We're in the process of filing for bankruptcy, the reasons for which we'd be happy to discuss. We have family in town that has been fairly involved in the community in recent years and would serve as a reference if you require it. We'd prefer it if we didn't have to mess with credit checks and application fees if you're a property management company-- there's nothing we won't disclose that would show on our credit report... it would be a waste of money that we could put toward rent or a security deposit. We're willing to provide a security deposit since we know that our credit may be an issue. Other than that, we're a very quiet, non-smoking couple with a stable income.
