This is a permanent opportunity to partner with a dynamic and fast paced organization. The ideal candidate will have several years of full life-cycle IT recruitment.

Position Overview
<br>
<br>
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will primarily focus on technology based recruiting efforts. The Recruiter will be expected to build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of candidates and clients from scratch utilizing creative sourcing strategies, networking, and recruiting methods.
<br>
<br>
Responsibilities:
<br>
Conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, telephone interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities at all levels including vice president, director, manager and professional levels.
<br>
Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing. Cold calling and internet based sourcing. All of this will focus on technology based searches.
<br>
Make cold and warm calls to senior executives in order to get new vacancies while aiming for long-term relationships and repeat business as well as asking for referrals.
<br>
Market career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements. Adhere to assigned performance metrics.
<br>
Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
<br>
Cultivate external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders.
<br>
Responsible for leading Techgeneration talent acquisition process improvement projects.
<br>
Responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics.
<br>
Skills
<br>
BS/BA in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or in an equivalent business related degree
<br>
Experience as a Human Resources Generalist is additionally preferred.
<br>
Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions primarily in IT (at least 50%) and some experience in finance, marketing and/or strategy. Must be current in areas of technology.
<br>
Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting at the executive level to entry level (VP, Director, Manager, Professional)
<br>
Three to seven years of corporate recruiting experience; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus.
<br>
Two plus years of experience working as an IT professional is strongly preferred.
<br>
Experience working with various applicant tracking systems.
<br>
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
<br>
Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
<br>
Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives.
<br>
Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
<br>
Knowledge of basic Human Resource policy/procedures and employment laws.
<br>

This position is commission only giving you the opportunity to achieve 40% commission on each placement. You will benefit from uncapped commission structure. You will have the daily and weekly support of a well-established organization. You can make your own decision on the canvassing and hiring process. You need to have extreme self-discipline and motivation to reach your target. The earning potential is from $100K to $300K per year. Position Summary:

Enhance office effectiveness by providing support relating to the day-to-day operations regarding personnel files and any other documentation related to employment in order to assist the office in maintaining compliance with state, federal, accrediting body standards and Maxim Policy.
<br>
Responsibilities and duties include:
<br>
Assist in greeting and providing applicants with application packet.
<br>
Ensure that pre-employment information is completed properly and, meets company standards prior to management approval.
<br>
Assist in verification of reference checks, Nurse Aide Registry, Board of Nursing, DMV, background checks and applicable screening exams on candidates in a timely manner as directed.
<br>
Coordinate scheduling and contacting of applicants for orientations as directed.
<br>
Assists with the processing of employment data as well as the creation, maintenance and administration of personnel files.
<br>
Ensure personnel file format is implemented and that appropriate employment forms and records are current and complete.
<br>
Input new hire paperwork into Infomax.
<br>
Assist DOCS with maintaining clinical compliance including but, not limited to, data entry, clinical record maintenance, and the tracking of doctors orders.
<br>
Responsible for generating tracking reports through Infomax to track all requirements and contact external staff to ensure requirements are kept current and maintained to meet regulatory standards.
<br>
Communicate regularly with AM, DOCS and Recruiters regarding requirements and compliance. Provide all applicable office staff with copies of requirements list on a weekly basis.
<br>
Collaborate with office personnel to obtain requirements in an efficient and timely manner working at least 60 days in advance and communicating regularly with the office personnel.
<br>
Communicate with AM, DOCS and recruiters regarding staff that has not maintained requirements and credentials to meet all regulatory compliance prior to inactivating the staff from further work with Maxim until compliance is obtained.
<br>
Demonstrates a professional, proactive attitude and actions in all interactions with employees, applicants, co-workers, clients and customers.
<br>
Other duties as assigned.

Required:

High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months administrative experience preferred.

Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact well with a variety of people.

Must be able to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously while paying special attention to detail.
