<![CDATA[I'm a vocalist/guitar player and i'm looking to put together a Progressive/Alternative band. Somewhere along the lines of Karnivool or Tool. I'm a 22 year old student and I have a little over a year of training in music theory, and i would prefer that anybody who's interested be around my age and have at least a small amount of theoretical understanding as it's pretty vital to progressive music. I'm not particular on having professional equipment as i don't have it myself. Simple practice amps or acoustic instruments will be ok for now, as i would like to focus strongly on the actual music composition to start with. I am, however, looking for people with a serious insterest, I don't want jam buddies, i want people who are serious about taking thie music somewhere.
