Monitor consultant visits and recommendations to ensure comprehensive active treatment for each consumer. Responsible for incident reporting and following up on resolution. • Ensure quarterly HRC review process complete and in compliance with regulations. • Monitor physical plant and ensure corrective action when deficient. • Visit all work shifts on a regular basis. • Develop and maintain working relationships with all clients, families, funding sources and regulatory agencies, as appropriate, and monitor their satisfaction with services. Professional Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a human services or therapy related field (with certification, such as Recreational Therapist). • One-year experience in providing services for persons with developmental disabilities/mental retardation. • Knowledge of principles, procedures and techniques in developing, administering and evaluating active treatment, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to ICF/DD-H and N facility administration. • Demonstrative experience in planning, directing, and coordinating the operating and active treatment elements of an ICF/DD-H facility. The clinic is for anybody that needs the help to get their pets spayed or neutered, and to make pets a privilege rather than an unwanted problem . It is becoming a big problem because residents cannot keep up with the high costs of food, gasoline, vet bills, medical bills, etc. This is where the R.E.V.A. Mobile Clinic comes to aid because we are a low cost spay and neuter clinic. We need a Veterinarian in the small California community of Weldon, and in fact, the entire Kern River Valley. It is located near the hidden and beautiful Kern River alongside Lake Isabella. Nearby Kernville is the site of Olympic rafting and recreational attractions year round. The valley consists of small, unincorporated communities as well as major cattle and horse ranches and has only three veterinarians, one of whom is mostly retired. The other two are booked for weeks in advance. The local hospital had a mobile facility which Jesse bought for a traveling clinic. What is lacking is a veterinarian to staff the Mobile. R.E.V.A President, Jesse Martinez, is offering housing and income as the clinic grows. The community support in the valley is enormous. This area is in desperate need of another large/small animal doctor.
