I am 22, my girlfriend is 20, and our roommate is 23. We all work full time or go to school fulltime, or due both. You will be sharing a restroom with a guy. The restroom is also the community restroom. You and him will figure out who buys TP and when, whos turn it is to clean the restroom, etc. He isn't home much due to his job. I will be straight forward with you. We have gotten rid of two roommates already due to disrespect. One girl wanted to have a party every weekend and smoke weed in the house. Those are both not allowed here. I have worked really hard to have a good relationship with my neighbors and would like to keep it that way. We don't throw parties. The max ammount of people here is usually about 10 or so. Smoking weed is not allowed in or around our house. One of the neighbors works for the police dept. and I don't want to be on her bad side. The other guy didn't have a job and lived off unemployment. He sat around all day long running up the PG&E bill and making messes that he never picked up, was loud everynight when he came home, and thought it was okay to have midafternoon sex in his bedroom that is 3 feet away from our couch with a really loud girl while we were sitting there. We don't mind overnight guests, and what goes on behind your door is your business. The only thing we ask is that you are respectful of the rest of us. We don't want to hear your personal business. It's one thing if we come home and it's going on, and another if you we are home and you start. <br> <br> -Smoking is okay outside as long as you pick up your butts. <br> -NO PETS - we have two dogs and they don't get along with other pets to well. <br> -RENT IS DUE ON THE 1st OF EVERY MONTH - if you need a few extra days we get a 5 day grace period to turn it in as long as we let them know. If rent is late one time, you will get a warning, the second time you will be asked to move out. <br> - NO COUPLES - one couple is enough lol <br> <br> We are all very respectful of eachother right now. We don't have people over on week nights because of work and school. 10pm is pretty much quite time. I mean watch TV and whatnot, but just be repectful of our jobs and our schooling. Weekends are fair game, but if you have people over, most of the time everyone stays in the garage and hangs out. If you know one of us work on a Saturday or a Sunday morning, which it happens all the time, just keep it down. <br> <br> If you are looking for a nice place to live on a great side of town with very respectful roommates, this is for you.
