<![CDATA[Teleport Operations Center Technician Full Time Hours: Shift Work Summary: • Continuous improvement of the process defining the development of GSM test/maintenance philosophies and processes. • Assists in the analysis, planning, development, testing, and implementation of new services and equipment. • Configures, maintains, and operates HPA’s, LNA’s, Switching systems, BUC’s, Up/Downconverter’s, LNB’s, ACU’s, BDC’s, modems, and IRD’s as well as some Antenna systems. • Assists both field technicians and customers in troubleshooting remote end equipment. • Utilizes RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and signal generators to assist in fault isolation. • Must be able to work in a scheduled environment, which includes working night shift, weekend’s and holidays. • Updates documentation, teleport plots, and trouble tickets as required.
