Taught by a working professional, you will learn the basics of photography: light, exposure, and composition. You will learn how to navigate around the complicated controls of your new Canon or Nikon DSLR and just learn to use three commands: Manual, Shutter Priority, and Aperture Priority. Learn the difference between shooting RGB Jpegs versus RAW files and harnessing the power of Photoshop CS2 and CS3. Learn to shoot Black and White in many different modes ( AWB ) and cut down on post-production work in Photoshop. If you haven't decide on what other lens to buy yet, I can assist you prior to my arrival in Baltimore.
