Engine needs to be removed and opened to see what the issue is and then be repaired. Aside from this current, and only issue in the history of this bike, it has performed wonderfully. Never raced, wheelied, put down or abused in any way. The bike fell over as a result of strong winds and the cosmetic repairs to the fairing, etc have all been replaced with new parts. Bike also has a Yosh slip on pipe. I would love to have this bike off my hands by next week. . Best offer to date has been between 4,000 and 5,200. I had the rear turn signal conversion kit installed by the dealer during my 1000 mile service. This converts the rear turn signals to red running and brake lights. This gives three brake lights instead of one and gives four running lights instead of two. The rear tire got a cut in it last fall and I had a new tire and tube installed. <![CDATA[I BOUGHT THE BIKE WITH JUST 1 HOUR ON (COMPLETE) REBUILD AND MY SON PUT MAYBE ANOTHER 3 JUST RIDING AROUND OUR YARD. THEN I REPACKED THE SILENCER TIGHTER SINCE THE NEIGHBORS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NOISE AND ABOUT AN HOUR OF RIDING AFTER THAT IT STARTED TO DRIP OIL OUT OF THE SILENCER. THE BIKE STARTS ON FIRST KICK AND RUNS BUT JUST KEEPS DRIPPING A LOT OF OIL OUT OF THE PIPE WHICH MAKES IT NOT AS POWERFULL. I THOUGHT MAYBE I MIXED THE OIL WRONG SO I INSTALLED BRAND-NEW SPARKPLUG, DRAINED ALL THE GAS AND PUT FRESH 93 OCTANE SUNOCO GAS MIXED TO 32:1 RATIO WITH HONDA FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. I TOOK THE LEFT SIDE COVER OVER AND FOUND NO PLAY IN THE CRANKSHAFT. EVERYTHING ENGINE WISE WHEN I BOUGHT IT WAS NEW SUCH AS: CRANK BEARINGS ROD WIESCO PRO-LITE PISTON (STD. BORE CYLINDER) BOYSEEN REEDS I CALLED A LOCAL DIRTBIKE MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME IT SOUNDED LIKE A CRANK SEAL THAT WAS ALLOWING THE TRANSMISSON OIL TO SEEP INTO THE ENGINE. SO FOR SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWS THE INS AND OUTS OF 2-STROKES, THIS MAYBE AN EASY FIX. MY SON IS FOCUSING MORE ON HIS GUITAR PLAYING AND HAS LOST INTEREST IN RIDING AND NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO PLACE TO RIDE NEAR ME AND THE NEIGHBORS COMPLAINED TOO MUCH ANYWAYS FOR RIDING IT AROUND THE YARD. It has 3,500 miles on it and it has a gear shift indicator, arrow exhaust and HID lights and frame sliders now.
