A Wireless was founded as a partnership in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. We were incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999.

As we expanded we later became a non-exclusive agent that represented Alltel, Suncom, Cingular, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, and several other of the country's leading providers.
