Rowhouse room for rent on a quiet residential street - but still close to the action in Canton Square and Fell's Point! You'd be sharing the house with two young professional guys. More about us later in the ad. The room for rent is upstairs, facing the front of the house, and measures 13'X13'. It is wired for satellite TV and has a ceiling fan. This bedroom shares a large bathroom with one of the current roommates. There is a shared main part of the house, including full kitchen (pictured below), large family room (pictured below) and dining area, and a finished basement with laundry. No need for street parking - there is ample off-street parking right behind the house! That's right, OFF-STREET PARKING STEPS FROM YOUR DOOR! This is a pretty big deal, hence the red letters. If you're used to trying to find a spot in Canton, the parking in this area is a welcome relief. No need to parallel park, either - these are pull in spots! To be fair, though, it's not hard to find street parking around this neighborhood either.
