Must provide copy of driver’s license and be between the ages of 18 and 35. No background check. No credit check. No job verification. Just need to be able to pay. Must be kid friendly because there is one child who visits the home. I am also open to having a single parent or one that may have children visiting. Rules of the home include cleaning up after yourself and replacing what you use including toilet paper haha ;). We also have wireless internet and basic expanded HD cable as well as online gaming hook ups as well as a washer and drier, huge backyard, cul-de-sac, deck, two car driveway, fireplace and more! Renter must be able to pay monthly in advance in the amount of $625. Includes all utilities and FULL use of the home (not including my food hehe). Neighbors are pleasant and not noisy. There is NO parking pad for this house, but we haven't found street parking to be an issue unless it's a weekend night or during a stadium event - even in those cases, there's a reservoir of parking near a high school about 6 blocks away. Parking permits (for street parking) are only $20/yr. Our street is generally very quiet - it's far enough away from the commotion of the bars but close enough to walk easily to them. About US: We are two busy gals (25 yr old medical student & 24 yr old school teacher) who are easy-going and responsible. When we're not working, we like to have a good time but we don't throw crazy parties in the house and would prefer a roommate who is the same.
