Position Summary:
<br>

The Project Manager’s primary responsible is for the successful implementation of assigned projects. This success is measured by achieving the project goals and objectives within the planned budget and schedule, as well as overall customer satisfaction and quality initiatives. This position warrants overall responsibility for all aspects of the project, including the performance of the individuals and contractors on the project team. The PM will be assigned a group of technicians for whom he/she will have responsibility. This includes their day-to-day administration as well as the career development of these individuals. The PM is the primary contact for the customer, and as such, is required to act in a manner which is appropriate for this position. Project progress, deliverables, and issues will be reported to the General Manager who has responsibility for the customers and their programs. These programs are defined by the individual projects assigned to the Project Managers. The PM is supported by the department directors and managers who will assist him in supplying qualified resources for the project teams.

<li>Position is a mid/sr to senior level Network Engineering need, where the appropriate candidate will have between 6-8 years of hardware side network engineering experience in a modern Windows/Cisco shop with at least several dozen severs. Data center experience is also preferred as you will serve as the second in command, and the primary Data Center engineer in times when Data Center Architect is not present or available. You’ll work hand in hand as one of the top network engineers to run and handle all things Cisco, Security and hardware related, while working in partnership with the more Windows focused Engineers and Administrators. Ideally, you’ll come into this position with a focus on the Cisco side, but a nice blend of Cisco and Windows server experience coming up.
<li> The firm does not use or call on outside networking consultants, the internal Network Engineering team is expected to be able to handle any and all issues, as the “end of the road”, for this first rate, cutting edge national infrastructure.
<li>Participate in ongoing Security and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
<li>Will serve as a mentor to more junior Network Administrators and Help Desk resources.
<li>Will report directly to the Director of Network Engineering who reports to the CTO.

<b>**REQUIREMENTS** </b><br>
<ul><li><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</b> (Strong experience with all of the following) Cisco, Firewalls, Security, Switches, VLans, Intrusion Detection.
<li>5+ years of progressive Networking/Security experience
<li>Enterprise level networking experience in a company with 100+ servers (small company experience will not serve as a suitable substitute)
<li>Outgoing and friendly personality is a KEY requirement.
<li>CCNA very strongly preferred.
<li>College degree in IT field.</ul>
