The house is very close to Riverside Park, is a short walk away from Inner Harbor and other attractions, and also has quick and easy access to 95! <br> <br> The room is 9'x12' and has its own attached bathroom and a large closet. Rent is $700, plus half the utilities (water, gas/electricity, DSL). I don't have a TV currently and don't intend to get cable, but if you decide cable is essential, you can get and pay for it. The room itself is unfurnished, though the rest of the house is. There are new appliances (stove, fridge, washer, dryer), and I'll be slowly making improvements throughout the year. There is no attached parking, but there is plenty of park-side angled parking. For those who dislike parallel parking, this can be a major plus! <br> <br> About me: I'm a young female engineer working full-time in the suburbs. The bedrooms are very spacious also. We would be staying here another year, but we've been offered a family member's condo.
