The house includes 2 car attached garage, blue stone patio, hot tub, basement gym, corian counters and more. The house is around 5 years old and sits on a very private wooded lot - 2 neighbors - NO HOA. House is in Woodstock MD which is 20 miles from Fort Meade / Columbia area, 25 miles to Baltimore, 40 miles to DC. The house is worth around $650,000. Given this market, it's very hard to sell a house at this price range (even if it is beautiful) so, I thought I would see if there were any interesting trades out there. I am looking for a SFH in South Carolina -- either Charleston (Mount Pleasant area) or Hilton Head or SE Florida (West Palm to Lauderdale) would perfer to be near or close to the water / beach.
