The house includes a 2 car attached garage, blue stone patio, hot tub, basement gym, corian counters, 12' kitchen ceiling, and much more. The house is just over 6 years old and sits on a very private wooded lot - only 2 neighbors and NO HOA. House is in Woodstock MD which is 20 miles from Fort Meade / Columbia area, 25 miles to Baltimore, 40 miles to DC. The house is worth around $560,000 to $575,000 in today's market. </p> <p>Given this market, it's very hard to sell a house at this price range (even if it is beautiful) so, I thought I would see if there were any interesting trades out there.
