They are too big for the area and too close to the house. They must go. Possibly you need them. They can be transplanted. We don't need them. One of the bunches is about 6 foot across and 6 foot high. You can cut these down to the ground and they will come back heartier the next year. They are not the feathery grasses. They are not the kind producing cat tails, but closer to this type. Please bring shovel, containers and man power. You dig, you haul.....FREE. We also have some Yucca plants, a rose bush and anyone crazy enough to do it, can take our medium sized weeping cherry tree. Area must be cleared before cold weather. <![CDATA[The treadmill current does not run because it needs a controller board, that can easily be ordered and replaced for approximately $200.00. We had to have it replaced approximately 5 years ago and it worked fine for another 5 years. The tread is in great condition. This treadmill was $1800 brand new when we purchased it about 10 years ago. That doesn't sound like alot compared to today's insanity of paying $4000.00 for a treadmill, but it is a very nice machine. We had all great intentions of replacing the board but we are moving and it will not be coming with us so we thought we would just give it away. Now here is the catch.... It is in our basement (walk up, not walk out), and it is really heavy. Neither my husband and nor I can move it because of our backs.
