Hi my name is Danielle and my husband James, our two-year old daughter Tylee, and I are in search for a 3 or 4 bedroom home for rent as soon as possible in Charlotte NC, preferably close to the Sunset Rd exit 16 off of HWY I-77 where our two-year-old daughter goes to school. We are not looking to room with another family, just our own private rental space. We really need to find something soon preferably before the holidays, within a reasonable price range about $750 a month or less. We need a home that is all electric. We have one medium-sized outdoor dog, a small indoor dog, as well as our young child so we would like the home to have a fenced in yard if possible, but the size of the yard does not matter. Both of our dogs are very well behaved, are kept very clean, and have all shots up to date with paperwork available. We've been having a little trouble finding a home to move in to because of high security deposits and rental prices. We are willing to pay a security deposit of course, but it would be much easier if we could find someone that was negotiable on the deposit or at least on the first month's rent.
