This is a commission based pay scale only but is very lucritive. <br> <br> THIS IS NOT A NANNY POSITION <br> <br> Duties include but are not limited to: <br> Answering telephones (Must have great personality and phone manner). <br> Handling customer accounts <br> Problem solving, sometimes counseling too! <br> Lots of internet/computer work. <br> Filing <br> Setting appointments/interviews <br> Performing background checks (You don't actually do the search, we have a company that does that but you need to enter candidates info into a system accurately) <br> Checking references and entering them into our database. <br> <br> Ideal candidate is: <br> <br> Self motivated, sales driven, pays close attention to detail, afterall this is children we are talking about...everything has to be done properly to the letter! <br> Punctual, this is a pet peeve of mine, if you have an appointment set to meet with a nanny or family, you are representing us as a whole, you need to be professional and get there on time! <br> Dress professionally, in the office we are casual, if you have meetings, please look like you mean business. <br> I need a doer, not a sayer, someone who gets the job done....someone trustworthy as you will be trusted with important personal information. <br> <br> I know I will be asked for more info about this position as I have been before so here goes... <br> <br> If you have been a nanny before, you know half the business, even better if you are a former nanny that has been recruited through agencies. <br> <br> How you come into the picture: <br> <br> You will be responsible for recruiting awesome nannies, we really take care of our nannies as we are former nannies, from there it's word of mouth. <br> You will also be responsible for matching them with families that meet their criteria and vice versa. <br> You need to get to know both family and nanny as you will be their liason should any problem arise. <br> You will there to answer any questions, troubleshoot etc on an as needed basis. <br> We only give cell numbers for emergencies but if you get one of those calls you need to be available to talk it out with them. You need to make sure every step is taken care of, contracts are signed before you send any nannies to interview with them, you are aware of what they are looking for and are positive you can fill the position before you accept any payments. All references must be checked, even for families in some cases. <br> This job would also be good for someone who is a mother, it isn't for someone with young children at home and being in the childcare industry, I would feel terrible asking a mother to put her child in daycare to come and work for me so school aged kids or grown ones is probably better. <br> <br> One thing I have noticed is a lot of younger girls responding to my ads, I have nothing against hiring a younger woman/man but my clients/families have a hard time trusting a younger person to find them a nanny for their children so in that respect I am sorry I can't offer the position to anyone under 25. <br> <br> As I said before, I am looking for 2 people, a recruiter, someone who can get out there and find the nannies and who can find new and innavative ways to get our nannies into great positions.....to market us and the nannies. <br> Secondly someone hungry for sales, both positions can change to suit depending on what you exel at and it's easy to combine the 2 so I need 2 people that are quite talented :o) <br> <br> Hope to meet with you soon! <br> <br> ]]>
