<![CDATA[Hello, I have a room for rent in my town home. The town home is nicely furnished EXCEPT for the room available. That room would be empty and you would need to bring your own furniture. I do not have the exact measurements but it fits a queen size bed, a desk, and probably a tall as well as longer dresser. The room has its own bathroom as well. The closetis not that large but it can get the job done. I also have some storage space for some boxes, etc. We would share utilities (50%) which include standard cable, gas and electric. These expenses run about $50 on average. Sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more. You would have parking, access to washer/dryer, access to the pool, small fitness center (treadmill, EFX, bike and weights), dishwasher, microwave, and basically anything you need in the kitchen. I am not at the home very often. I am a graduate student so I have class and work during the day and later into the evenings. I am also not usually there on the weekends so you would have the house to yourself most of the time. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, friendly, conscious of other people's belongings, financially stable, non-smoker and no pets. I would prefer to live with a female and it would be nice to have someone to live with who is going to school as well but if not, that is totally fine. You would have to sign a lease, preferably 12 months. One month's security deposit is required as well as some proof of income. The home is approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown, 15-20 minutes from South Point Mall, and about 5 - 10 minutes from picking up I-485. I am a 26 year old female originally from Delaware. I am a 26 year old responsible, neat female who is employed full time and owns a 2 story 1000 sq ft town home off Park Road and Hwy 51. My place is in a very nice, safe neighborhood minutes from South Park, Ballantyne, 485, CMC Pineville, and Carolina Place Mall. My home and the room are fully furnished, but I can move everything out of the room if you have your own stuff. The room has brand new carpet, two closets, and a newly renovated all tile full bath (inside the room). Trash, water/sewer, and electric are included in the rent. I have a dishwasher, central air and heat, and a W/D. I do not have cable or internet, but I can mooch easily off surrounding signals. I would be open to getting cable and/or internet if it is a must. The community also has a pool and tennis courts. I have one dog Gracie who is a 30lb Border Collie mix, house broken, well behaved, and very energetic. I would prefer to find someone without pets, but am open to ONE pet that MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN.
