<br>
I am very interested in Seeking a Technology Position here on Craigslist.org. I have close to 2 years experience in working with customer service and technology. I have done work with Nissan, Campaigners inc. representing Epson printers and the Chicago Public Schools System. The goal for the Nissan project was to get all their computers (desktops and laptops) upgraded to service pack 2 via an imaging utility and the User State Migration Tool. After the image was installed on a computer and the profile was restored we installed all user specific applications and set up all functions in Windows in working order as they were before the image had took place. I worked with Nissan and lead a team of four technicians assigning them computers to balance the workload we have received evenly. Everyone did their part in the team and therefore the project during the month of November was a success. The main objective of the Epson position was to demonstrate Epson printer products to customers and answer any questions they may have. I have helped many individuals with the technical aspects of certain components and choosing the right product for their specific needs. This required me to be knowledgeable, courteous and driven to satisfy the clients during these presentations. Another important duty of this position was to train all Best Buy employees and managers on Epson products so they would be able to answer any questions in the absence of my presence. During my experience working with the Chicago Public School system, myself and a team of consultants worked on the Asset Discovery project. The objective of this project was to discover computer’s in various schools across the city, which were unable to be located by the CPS network. We located the computers based on a school Compliance Report which states the need for necessary updates on certain computers in the particular school we visited. We were able to troubleshoot many computers efficiently as many computers became problematic. I've had access to school servers on a day to day basis along with computers in every classroom. I've had the chance to speak with hundreds of Chicago's Teachers and Principals and help them with their technology issues. Staying focused and maintaining a level head when problems arise has allowed me to excel in my position. I believe if chosen as a potential candidate I can and will be a great asset to your company with the right direction and training. I would like to further discuss this opportunity with you at your earliest convenience. References available upon request.
