<![CDATA[I am looking for childcare- kind of an odd situation though. I have a 3 year old son (who is wonderful- really! :-) ) He is in full time daycare. The daycare is open Monday-Friday, 6am-6:30pm However- in March and April, I will be working 6 days a week, 12 hour days. I will have to be at work at 6:00am- so will not be able to take my son to school, and I probably won't be able to leave until 7pm, so will not be able to pick him up. Also, I will be working one weekend day in its entirety. So, what I am looking for is this: -someone to come to my house in the morning, and get my son up, dressed and take him to his daycare (I live about a 2 minute drive from his daycare) -someone to pick him up from his daycare in the evening, feed him dinner, and give him a bath -someone who can watch him all day on one weekend day. This would last for 2 months. There is a possibility that my parents might take him for a couple of weeks- but I would really like to keep him with me! There is a possibility (*very* likely possibility) that if this works out for someone, and for my son and I, that there would be future opportunities beyond what is stated here. Possibly some overnight care in the future (I have a spare bedroom!), and/or afternoon & evening care. I really want him to remain enrolled in his daycare that he currently attends- so just putting him in a home daycare or something is not a great solution, as I want things to remain as 'normal' as possible for him, and I believe that 'school' is really a positive experience for him. He's 3, (he's a July baby), and he's a REALLY sweet kid. The care I'm asking for during the week is pretty basic, and on the weekend I'd just like for him to spend as much time outside as possible. (unless it's -20 or something!). Oh, and as to the pickup time from daycare- they stay open until 6:30 (he has to be out the door by then), but anytime after 4 is good, so then he can get home, have a snack, play a little bit, have dinner, have a bath, and I will be home in time to read to him and put him into bed.
