I have a couple freelancers already but have had a show where they weren't available and I put double the hours in to make up for it. SO here is a basic idea of what I deal with. Mainly would be dealing with moving head fixtures, Techno Beams, LED units, and conventionals. Having some knowledge of chain motors and scissor lifts would be helpful.
