We are great neighbors, quiet (except during the day when the toddler runs!) we have no pets, we don't smoke. We love yard work, so we pretty much take care of that. The place is old but very well maintained. The landlord is great and easy to work with. The neighborhood is off of Taylor between cedar and Mayfield. It has great access to bus lines. Its two blocks from shopping (i.e., grocery, home depot, walmat, post office etc) it’s a fifteen min. bike ride to Case Western. And about 10-15 min drive to I-271. Its 3 bed 1 bath, about 1400 square feet. Fenced back yard area and garden spot. We really REALLY want decent people to move in. It would be even better if you had kids. Preferably non-smoking. We are really laid back and love to have bbq's and go for walks. If we sound like the kind of neighbors you would like to have, and the price works for you, please email me!!!
