<![CDATA[Our neighbor is being kicked out and we want to make sure we get good neighbors this time. We are students with two small children. We are great neighbors, quiet (except during the day when the toddler runs!) we have no pets, we don't smoke. We love yard work, so we pretty much take care of that. The place is old but very well maintained. The landlord is great and easy to work with. The neighborhood is off of Taylor between cedar and Mayfield. It has great access to bus lines. Its two blocks from shopping (i.e., grocery, home depot, walmat, post office etc) it’s a fifteen min. bike ride to Case Western. And about 10-15 min drive to I-271. Its 3 bed 1 bath, about 1400 square feet. Fenced back yard area and garden spot. We really REALLY want decent people to move in. It would be even better if you had kids. Preferably non-smoking. We are really laid back and love to have bbq's and go for walks. If we sound like the kind of neighbors you would like to have, and the price works for you, please email me!!! Anyway, long story. Ok what I am looking for is simple..... ~ If the room was furnished that would be great!!!!!!! I'm basically selling all of my furniture or giving it to charity. Except for my cool ass Guns n Roses plaques ;) ~ An awesome roomie who can get along with me and shows me the same respect that I show him/her. ~Some who likes to hang out, party it up or just hang out at home and goof off. ~CLEAN and TIDY place. Meaning toliet bowls don't have rings in them that are brown and black. Kitchens don't have crumbs everywhere, in which bugs are having a party and the trashcan isn't overfilled. I mean you get the point! ~Internet/Cable or Sattelite, whatever is available. Internet access being the most important along with A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. ~Someone who is cat friendly. My cats goes to my brother's house when I leave to go on the road. So you don't have to worry about taking care of the feline ones. Also, the cats know where the liter box is and they don't get into things that doesn't belong to me or them. ~ I can pay 1/2 of the utilities if need be. ~ Washer and Dryer would be cool also.
