As for me i am not home much and as far as i know im pretty laid back. My only real requirement of a roommate is someone who is fairly clean and can pay their rent. the rent is somewhere around 575 per person and you will be responsible for electric(about $40 in winter and $80 in summer)the building is pet friendly and so am I.
