We are currently in a foreclosure with our home, and have to move out by the sherrifs sale date which is Dec 5th 2008. We have 3 wonderful kids and want to find a nice neighborhood and school district to raise them in. We need atleast 3 bedrooms, preferably with a finished basement or area that could be used as a 4th bedroom. We need to find someone thats willing to rent to us knowing that our house has been foreclosed on and our credit it bad. We also have a dog, and 2 cats. I work at a vet clinic so they are very well cared for, and Im willing to work out whatever is required to have them. We want to find a place and rent long term... possibly even sign a 3 to 5 year lease. I want to find a place where I can continue to raise my kids safely and get them through school in a good school district, preferably Worthington, Westerville, Dublin, Olentangy, Hilliard or Gahanna or even Southwestern city schools (as long as its not westland high) .
