<![CDATA[I am trying to sublease my apartment which is at The Heritage apartments located in Grandview around the area of Kinnear Rd, Northwest Blvd, and North Star. The apartment I am trying to sublease is a 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are smaller but would work nice with a single person to use as a bedroom and a computer or study room. The living room measures 9x9, one of the bedrooms is 9x11 and the other bedroom is 9x10 these are not exact measurements but are very close. I just wanted to include them so you understand the size of the apartment. I leased the apartment in September so my lease still has 10 months remaining as it doesnt end until September 2009, but I am trying to sublease because my girlfriend has an apartment in same complex and I want to move in with her. I have not moved anything inside the apartment so it is move in ready as soon as we agree on everything and as soon as your credit is approved by the apartment complex. The rent is $540 per month and starting in December that includes Wi-Fi internet and they are trying to finish up a brand new recreation facility which will include a new pool, workout facility, and basketball court. Your monthly utilities shouldnt run you much more than $100 per month as all you have to worry about is electric, gas, water. If you have pets that is alright as well as this apartment allows pets at a cost of $25 per pet I believe.
