We are currently looking for a Promotions Manager for a Tobacco Bar Program in the Dallas, TX area.

Brief Job Summary
<br>
<br>
The primary duty of the Promotions Manager (PM) is to manage and maintain a team of Brand Ambassadors (BA). These BAs execute consumer interactions for scheduled Program Nights that are part of the Tobacco Bar Program in locally signed venues (bars, pubs, and clubs).
<br>
<br>
The PM is responsible for interviewing BA candidates and for making hiring decisions. Prior to BAs working a Program Night, the PM must train all BAs on the logistics of the program, function of promotional assets and technology. The PM is also responsible for scheduling their BAs to work pre-determined Program Nights.
<br>
<br>
Throughout the duration of the Program Night, the PM is responsible for managing the event, supervising BAs, and is always conscious of upholding the MSA standards. The PM is always present as the primary venue contact and the programs logistical troubleshooter.
<br>
<br>
The PM will also be responsible for managing and evaluating the growth of their team of BAs. This will include the ability to evaluate, coach and develop performance plans for each BA as well as successfully running and cultivating their market and teams growth potential.
<br>
<br>
The Position requires the PM to drive a reliable, personal vehicle and to provide GMR with proof of insurance in accordance with the state minimum in order to drive to and from Program Nights. TMs are also required to wear the approved Program uniform.
<br>

This position requires some local and out of state travel.
