Video Uploads with Commenting: The site is to be designed with the capability of posting very long (up to 24 hrs. long) videos by our reporting staff. We also need to provide a unique way for our registered users to make short comments. We would also like mobile users watching from their mobile devices to be able to add comments, also. 2. User Registration: We want to have users register if they want notifications or commenting capabilities. This will be an advertiser supported site, so we want the ability to gather and retain basic information - DOB, zip code, gender, income level, etc. 3. Search Function: Basic search functionality of the site for content. 4. RSS Feed/Email Notification/Text Notification: The site needs to automatically notify registered users of new content by all of these notification methods. 5. Multiple Browser Support: Site must support Safari, IE and Firefox. Mobile browsers, such as Opera would be ideal. Once the choices have been narrowed, more specifics will be provided.
