<![CDATA[Hi,I have a 1 bedroom apartment I am trying to sublease. My lease ends in June. Its right next to Coors field at the Metro Apartments. Great place. I will probably regret moving but I just purchased a home. I talked to the Metro today and they said that they would shampoo the carpet at no cost since I re-signed my lease a couple months back. If you are wanting to move downtown this is the way to go. My apartment on WWW.FORRENT.COM says the aparment is going for $1050 to $1250. Save your self some money. The apartment rent is 850 or 875$. I just pay 900$ for trash/garbage/water or whatever they charge me in addition. I'm pretty sure I over pay every month by 5-10$. After June you can probably re-sign the lease at the same price. The rent didn't go up for me. Atleast it didn't for me, but thats something you'd have to talk to the apartment complex about in June. I can show you my paperwork showing it didn't go up. Apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, walk in closet, 1 parking space in secure parking garage, 3rd floor. If you want a pet you'd probably have to pay additional money?
