This truly is the awesomest apartment complex I've ever been in, but we just bought a home, so we need someone to take over 4-6 weeks of our lease.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with 957 square feet, incredible mountain views (the picture is of sunset from our balcony!) and vaulted ceilings at the popular Jefferson at Arvada Ridge complex (Jeffersonatarvadaridge.com). There is a 24-hour state-of-the-art gym, a hot tub open all winter, a lobby with games, wireless internet, a business center with a computer lab, and same-day maintenance. Washer/Dryer in unit, and all appliances are close to new.

This apartment normally goes for $1230-1400/month, but we will sublease for $955/month (or weekly for $227.38). IF you decide you want to stay longer than December 31, you can work through the office and they will negotiate and acceptable rate (sorry, it probably won't be the 955---like I said, you're getting a deal!)
