<![CDATA[Summer in the Rockies, what could be better. Golf, Boating, Fishing, Hiking, you name it; you will find it within a few short miles of our mountain home. Our condominium is newly remodeled with all of the features you desire in your mountain home. This spacious 1,134 s.f. two-story condominium provides the space you need for all of your summer fun. The breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Dillon are memorable long after your departure. If golf is your preference Summit County has four championship courses. My personal favorite is the River Course at Keystone. At only 1 mile from our condo this par-71 course is oriented around the path of the Snake River with amazing elevation changes, views and challenges unlike no other. Wait till you see the 16th hole. The Dillon Marina is less than 4 miles away. Lake Dillon offers world class sailing, boating and trout fishing. At the marina you’ll find boat rentals and sailing instructions. There are also racing regattas and the Dillon Yacht Club. You can also dance the night away at the free concerts provided almost every weekend. No matter what you like you will find it here, the choices are endless; you can walk to a nearby trailhead that leads to miles of bike paths. The surrounding National Forest also provides rafting, hiking, horseback riding and jeep tours. Keystone Resorts is a short five minute ride from a Free Shuttle that will pick you up only a few yards from your front door. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are also accessible from the free shuttle and are less than 15 minutes away. You can find several restaurants in the area including an Irish Pub and Pizza Shop that are a short walk across the street and a great place to drop in for a Guinness or to pick up a pizza and sandwiches to take back to the condo. If shopping is your preference, the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is a quick ten minutes away. There are several other shops throughout the area that will keep you busy for hours. The condominium includes 2 Bedrooms with Queen Size beds and 2 Full Bathrooms. There is also a Queen Size sofa bed, Queen Size inflatable air mattress and a portable crib for infants. The kitchen is large enough for more than one cook, with granite countertops, microwave and just about everything you need to cook up a family dinner. Right outside the door is your private equipment storage area that you can use to store your bikes, golf clubs or fishing gear as you wish. The deck includes a barbeque grill and a place to sit, relax and enjoy the mountain air. There are cable TV’s, free in-state and out-of state long distance and free internet access, if you have to work, you can. We are sorry but we can not allow pets or smoking. If you choose to stay home at night you will find movies and games to keep your family busy for hours. There is a clubhouse adjacent to the condo with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, tennis courts and locker room. If you prefer to watch the kids play in the pool, there is a lounge with a TV, a great place to relax and read a book. If you are flying in to Denver International Airport there is no need to rent a car. You can access a shuttle van that drops you off right at your door. The shuttle runs every hour in the winter and every 90 minutes off season. It is suggested you make reservations a few days before you arrive. Once in Summit County you will find the Summit Shuttle can take you almost anywhere you want to go for Free. To access the condo from Denver it is a scenic 90 minute drive. Watch carefully you might see a buffalo herd or big horn sheep. We are happy to provide you with information about any of the services mentioned above. The balcony has a great view of the mountains (Buffalo Mountain), there’s a hot tub & sauna in the clubhouse, and it’s close to all the major resorts, & outlet malls. The unit has two bedrooms, each with queen beds, and one queen-sized foldout couch, in the living room. In total it sleeps 6 people. In 25 minutes or less, you can drive to Breckenridge (20 mins), Copper Mountain (15 mins), Keystone (10 mins), Arapahoe Basin (10 mins) and Loveland (15 mins) ski areas. Less than an hour will take you to Vail and Beaver Creek. You are also about 60 minutes from Winter Park and Mary Jane.
