The Field Clinical Engineer provides technical support to end users (physicians & nurses) on AngelMed products. This position closely interfaces between clinical sites and AngelMed field support personnel. Activities include performing any software upgrades or training updates on the product for the sites, transferring patient data to the home office location, reviewing and troubleshooting the retrieved data and providing suggestions related to programming and other parameter settings to optimize the product’s performance.
