<![CDATA[My husband and I recently went through a Bankruptcy and lost our home. We found a home to rent in Utica and moved into it in Nov 2007. We always paid our rent and were good tenants, but on May 5th our landlord told us that he wanted to move back into his home and we needed to be out before June 1st. So we scrambled to find a home quickly and that would take us after having filed Bankruptcy. We ended up finding a spacious townhome that had all the amenities we were looking for in a home. 3 BR 2 car garage, basement, central air, 2 and 1/2 bath, great neighborhood, nice area. The master bath has a stand alone shower and 6 ft garden tub, and the master suite has a private balcony off the bedroom. The Townhomes are completly maintenance free, you don't even have to replace a lightbulb just call the office and they send someone out. The community offers a 24 hr fitness center, outdoor pool, playground and picnic areas with BBQ grills. I LOVE living here but circumstances have come about that make living here very difficult. My husbands job moved out to Farmington Hills approx 50 miles from where were living. Our rent was $1000 at Utica and now the increase of $529 here has caused me to have to work P/T (which isn't cutting it) I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter and can't afford daycare so my Mother in Law watchs her 2 days a week so I can work. I work for my husband so I have to drive out to Farmington Hills as well, but not before I drive to Clinton Twp to drop my daughter off at MIL's house. My step-son and his mother live in Hazel Park and its been difficult driving back and forth for visits and such. We are desperate to move we have no other way out of the lease other then to sublet.
