· Has overall responsibility for GVRL and related digital publication content quality. Collaborates with CLTS and DSG technical teams to ensure successful deployment of projects and troubleshoot application errors and defects at content level. Reports problems to appropriate technical staff and requests additional support, as needed.

· Participates in cross-functional product development teams as area representative. May assist with the production of other Cengage Learning digital products, including iChapters, CourseSmart, courseware and website projects and Gale online projects.

· Hires and manages team staff. Oversees the creation, maintenance, and reinforcement of a positive work environment in area. Oversees acquisition of necessary technical and business skills for team staff.
