Duties: Testing tanks for leaks, perform installation and testing of automatic tank gauge systems, lockout/tagout procedures, other on-site assessments, and record data into laptop computer.

<br>
Requirements: Able to work with supervision and eventually independently. Good driving record. Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Clean criminal history. Able to lift up to 60 pounds. Position requires stooping, bending, kneeling. Able to use computer, hand and power tools. Follow strict safety and technical protocols. Extensive travel in company-furnished vehicle. Ability to be away from home for a few weeks at a time, with company-paid travel expenses.

Successful candidates will possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to:

• Consult with Social Workers and members of the interdisciplinary

treatment team within skilled nursing facilities.
<br>
• Provide guidance to dementia care providers – especially dementia of
<br>
the Alzheimer’s type.
<br>
• Review and make recommendations concerning Medical Records
<br>
documentation and Psychosocial assessment.
<br>
• Provide guidance to Social Workers and members of the
<br>
interdisciplinary treatment team on topics concerning the medically
<br>
related psychosocial needs of residents.
<br>
• Provide guidance to facility Social Workers concerning discharge
<br>
planning.
<br>
<br>
In addition, the candidate must:
<br>
<br>
• Have SNF experience and be familiar with federal OBRA regulations.
<br>
• Possess an LCSW and/or MSW from an accredited school of Social
<br>
Work. Graduate students enrolled in an MSW program will be
<br>
considered for the position.
<br>
• Be willing to travel 2-4 days per week.
<br>
