I share the building with only three other tenants (four apartments total). 4 - car garage and quarter laundry downstair (I dont have a car, if you do, the space is yours!). Only utility is electric - the stove is electric, refrigerated air, and electric heating. Now here is the deal, It is a one bedroom but the living room can (and has) be converted to a room. As you walk in there is the kitchen to the right, eating area and then walking forward is the living room. At the end of the living room is the hallway left to the bedroom. There are two bathrooms and the living room and bedroom (on the other side of the hallway) is a 30 foot deck hanging above the street. We dont need a deposit, I don't need an application, and I'll probably just do a background check to make sure you are not a convicted killer or a seasoned thief. We have HD cable, internet, and a pretty decent tv in the living room and bedrooms. As soon as I can catch a break on splitting this rent with someone dependable, I will replace it with a plasma. We have two livingrooms, one with the tv and brand new couches, and the other has a pool table coming soon. We've got a two car garage used for my two jet-ski's and my tool bench or just loungin listening to music. Its about to get cold, but we also have a swimming pool to enjoy in the backyard. During the week its usually pretty quiet around the house as I work early and the brother has classes everyday. On the weekends if I am not in Houston visiting my girlfriend, Im at the house and like to barbecue or play some beer pong with buddies, its pretty laid back and a good time. Rent flexes between 425 and 450 because we have a maid that comes one to two times a month. The reason the rent is not split three ways is because the little brother technically does not pay rent but his contributions are all utility bills as well as a helping hand to keep up the yard and pool. This way, rent never changes or catches the renter off-guard. I am willing to rent on a month to month basis but prefer someone who will stick around for at least six months so I dont have to drag this same ad out again.
