The corset top has the cris cros tie back, so the size is adjustable. There are sequins & rhinestones all over the strapless corset top. The crinolin is built in to the layered skirt. It really is beautiful and in perfect condition, it will just need to be pressed because it has been folded to fit in the hanging closet bag. I will also include the brand new jewelry set and size 9.5 heels as well since they came with the dress. We have baby boy on the way & LOTS of preparation needed but no $! WE NEED EVERYTHING THAT WE CAN GET TO PREPARE FOR OUR SON or anything we can get that will help us during this HEAVY financial strain that we have recently come upon. The two story cabin is 2 years old and has over 500 sq ft of living area. It contains a bed, linens, various camping equipment and furniture for making staying there reasonable to anyone who doesn’t mind high end camping. The cabin is not complete and needs work to finish the interior & exterior. It currently has a port a potty, a 50 gallon catchments for rain water and no running water yet. We have most of the things needed to finish the cabin but we just haven’t had the man power to finish it. - We will provide at least one meal each ½ day that you barter at our home. - A ride from the cabin to our home and return when needed to perform your bartering at our home. - $50 each week you barter to help with your living expenses. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who can help us finish various home & cabin projects such as installing flooring, tile, sheetrock, painting, electrical, some basic framing. You do not need to posses all the skills we are looking for however the more verifiably experienced individuals will be considered first. - You must be honest, amiable, reasonably educated, clean, drug free and posses handy man skills. - You must have some type of work history that is verifiable. - You must be able to provide at least three reasonable references from others who can vouch for your different types of handyman skills.
