Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational forums, reviewing relevant publications, participating in related workshops. 9. Develop statistical collection instruments to demonstrate and evaluate project effectiveness. 10. Implement and monitor compliance with grant guidelines. 11. Collect data pertinent to activities and complete reporting in a timely fashion. 12. Support and contribute to the agency success by participating as a team, initiating activities, identifying short term and long term issues to be addressed and strategies, providing information and commentary pertinent to the discussion for decision making, recommending options and course of action. 13.
