The Motorcycle has had some upgrades I recently redid the Seat, Installed a custom LED Rear Taillights, Rear Blinkers, New Handlebars, New Battery, New Brake Job, Great Tires and absolutely no oil leaks. I also have a sissy bar and extra Blinkers same as the rear but have not installed them. Registration is Up-to-Date only need Inspection which should be no problem, I have not gotten it inspected due to me not getting it insured since its always parked but registration is good till September 2009. It does have a few minor details of wear and tear but nothing critical since it is a 1981; Engine runs and Sounds Great. Bike Runs Excellent, it’s a dependable bike. Everything works great and this Motorcycle Rides Awesome! If you want an Excellent Bike for a Great Price this is it. <![CDATA[i have a some sportster parts that came off of a 1970ish sporty that i need to clear out to make some more space. These parts are in good usable condition but none of the parts are in excellant condition. The oil tank, rear fender, and chain gaurd have custom paint along with some rust but they are ok. There is no rust on the inside of the oil tank. The rear fat bob style fender comes with the fender struts, tail light, and liscense plate mount. These are all parts and no hardware. Also is an AMF 16"x3" rear wheel, a couple of sissy bars, (1 for the sportster and 1 for something else?), also a headlight housing with headlight bracket with chrome cover, i think i have the headlight somewhere also, 2 shocks that measure 12" eye to eye,(the shocks will need new rubber grommets in the ends), finally a couple of swingarms, one round one with the pivot hardware and one square one that i started sanding until i decided to go with a rigid frame, that will need a pivot kit. Any question just call Walt at 292-8067. If you are a serious buyer, i will meet you with the parts anywhere on the island. If you want to look at the parts and can get on the base or i can meet you outside the back gate. I am asking $450.00 obo or trade for a good mig welder capable of welding 1/4" mild steel. It has had the following upgrades and Recent (less than 500 miles ago) servicing done: Cobra Slash Cut Pipes (Baffles Removed = Very Loud) Corbin 2-up seat (super Comfy) Kuryakyn footpegs Kuryakyn Handgrips Tank Bib Full Tune up including Spark Plugs changed Ignition coils and spark plug wires changed Carb cleaned Brake lines bled and checked Oil Change Coolant changed The bike is in very good running condition and physical condition and the tires have tons of meat on them. The paint has a couple minor defects and the chrome has a few pitting areas due to its age. The bike is current on all paperwork and has a clear title. It was registered in January 2009 and the safety check is good until October 2009. I have 4 chrome post turn signals on the way as the current rubber post ones are cracking thanks to our wonderful Hawaiian sunshine=).
