Supervises and coordinates activities of associates in the chilled / frozen foods department.

Oversee and evaluate associate performance through training, counseling, interacation and communication. Recommend personnel actions such as promotion, transfer, disicpline and/or dismissal of workers.

Responsible for associates schedules; break periods, work hours, vacations, sick leave approval, and holiday scheduling. Trains workers in job duties, policies and procedures.

Plan department layout of merchandise as well as advertising.

Listens to and handles customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good public relations.

As a Retail Account Executive you will work out of one of our retail locations selling Internet service as astounding as the Internet itself.
