It is a road bike, not a mountain bike. It uses road wheels and road tires. Size wise, I'd say it is a med/large in the front, and a med/small in the rear. It has a sloping top tube, so it has a 30 1/2" standover in the front, and 28" in the rear. Maybe 5'8"-5'11" in the front, and 5'3" - 5'7" in the back. It has a very comfortable Flex seat on it, and a rear carrying rack. It also has front & rear fenders on it. I measured the height from the ground to the top of the upper bar about half way between the seat post & handle bars & it measured approximately 29 1/2" at that point. If you need me to measure from a differnt point of the upper bar, please let me know. The bike rides great & shifts into all the gears perfectly.
