These are the specifications that must be met. I hope your company can apply. A Printing pick-up delivery/turn-around rate must be met within four (4) business days for normal deliveries, and within two (2-3) business days for rush deliveries. Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. REQUIREMENTS At a minimum, the Contractor shall provide the following service: Upon receipt of the Macintosh file via CD, e-mail or FTP, the Contractor shall be required to digitally print, plot, and laminate Posters. The pieces shall be printed on white 60-lb. text paper, with both sides laminated with 5 mil. clear transparent laminate. The laminate material on the front of the kiosk information piece shall be UV resistant. The Contractor shall print the information on one side in 4-color process specified by Project Manager. Some boards will require 3/8” foam core. The finished piece shall measure whatever size given. You'll need certain software to stitch the panorama together, but which you prefer to use is up to you. There are also free trials available online if necessary. If you have the proper equipment to make panoramic photos without software, this is fine.
