I am interested in shorts, feature lengths, documentaries, educational movies, web series, music videos, instructional videos.. almost anything! One is an independent film already shot and requires some finishing funds and the other is a romantic-indie in-pre-production stages. FILM A: -- Romantic Alternate Film. ------------------------------------------ FILM PRODUCER/LINE PRODUCER/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have a great scriptment to a romantic film for which we have begun pre-production already. We are looking for an Executive Producers for it as well.Overall we have good content and a credible team with a strong vision. We are looking for someone who wants to join this team and together we can make movies and programming with a message and a strong impact. For this new film we are going mainstream but with a less complex theme. We have begun raising money for it and the response is very encouraging. The story is on the lines of "Dear John", "Once", "Before Sunrise" and many more tear jerkers but its more relative. We also need script supervisors and anyone who wants to join us/ help us in the production as in-kind --- to make this film possible. We want to begin filming by Summer and have a month long spell. Possible filming locations could be Colorado and Houston. It is a foriegn language film on the lines of: The Class, Un Prophete, The White Ribbon, The Kite Runner [Its base was non-American], Slumdog Millionaire. We are in dire need for finishing funds of our film. This film needs a good support now. It can make an impact if represented well. We are looking for that representation. Our first cut is half-way ready. We have raised money through fundraisers and based on the preview we have had some sponsors and credible representation but we still need some more money to finish this film. Its anywhere between 5 to 10K. We have a proper plan of action for the release of this independent film. We want to arrive by September of this year in five major markets. We want to tie in with someone credible who can bring in his or her expertise in making sure the film is talked about. I am a writer, who just had my first feature script produced(it's in post production) Me and the co- producer have decided to branch out and start our own small production company(still putting it all together) A year ago, we filmed a low budget short and I wasn't happy with the way it turned out and the sound quality was kinda crappy(too much room noise)...so I never did anything with it other than throw it on myspace. Now that we have a feature under our belt, I want to revamp the short and use it to launch our production company..and submit it to festivals. We are still working on a "no budget" and are looking for someone to edit and possibly do some noise correction.
