When the light is reset, it comes back on right away, before putting it into gear. Autozone ran the code and it came back as some solenoid on the tranny. They don't carry the part, suggested a dealership or a junk yard maybe. The part is suppose to be easy to get to, not like we need to pull the tranny. <![CDATA[Experienced outdoor sales reps wanted for roofing sales. If you have no experience in roofing sales, but are a self starter and a go getter then please respond. Leads will be provided and the commission structure can be very lucrative. This is an opportunity for you to make $100K + per year. This position is a commission only position and you must be a self starter and self motivated. Right now we are working with homeowners and their insurance companies to help get them a new roof due to a recent storm that hit. You're responsible for going out into specified neighborhoods and putting out door hangers, letters and knocking on doors. We are working with a telemarketing firm to provide leads as well. All of the door hangers and letters will be provided for you. We also provide you with contracts and other information along with a folder to give to the customer once the contract is signed. Once you sign the contract we want you to move on to the next sale and focus on sales and signed contracts. We handle all of the negotiations with the insurance company from the office and we also prepare the xactimate estimates for the insurance company as well. You handle the sale on the front end and we handle it for you on the back end. This prevents you from getting tied up with a bunch of phone calls and losing focus on what your main objective is which is sales. The more sales for you, the more commission, the happier you will be. We will also go out with you on appointments to help train you with how to approach and close a fresh lead or customer that has called in from one of the door hangers. Now, on to the commission structure and what you really want to know about. We pay inexperienced salesmen 40% commission to start and experienced salesmen 50%. You do have the opportunity to go up in commission percentage as you get better with sales. The commission percentage tops out at 50% so that is the highest level you can reach. We will determine what level you will start at on an individual basis, the more knowledge you have the better percentage you will get starting out. So for example if you go out and sell a roof for $20,000.000, the typical cost after labor and material to put this roof on is usually around 60% of the final number. $20,000.00 x .60% (cost) = $12,000.000, leaving $8,000.00 in profit. At 40% commission you would get a paycheck on that roof for $3,200.00 on one sale and at 50% you would earn $4,000.00. Keep in mind alot of the roofs we are currently working on can go for as much as $40,000.000 to $60,000.00 so do the math on those commissions and you will see the potential.
