It had a simple assessment by Mark Lisle of Lisle Violin Shop in Pasadena, TX, in early 2010 who said this violin is a slight step up in quality from a baseline violin. It needs repairs to the bridge and new strings. He felt that for the cost of repairs, the violin would gain an additional $100 to $200 in worth, depending on how it sounded once repaired. At Lisle, they would be willing to take this violin as a trade up to a full violin (they might also do a straight trade to another 3/4 violin, I'm not sure). Mr. Lisle stated they'd like to have this violin in their line. The $350 price, which is negotiable, is $50 less than the value I received for this violin in its current condition. Therefore, the ~$200 worth of repairs are estimated to give you a $700 to $800 violin. The bow needs repairs, and the value of the bow in its current state ($75) is about equal to the repairs required, so I'm not including the bow in my price, but you would still get it. The case is not worth anything, but you would get that as protection for the violin until you could get a new one. For serious, interested parties, I feel the best way to do this is to meet at a reputable violin shop, such as Lisle's (www.violins.com), so you can hear for yourself the evaluation on the violin, and can make the decision on if you want to repair and keep it, or trade it in for a full size (whatever meets your needs). There is a crack in the paint at the head but is purely cosmetic. Hard shell case - clean, no stickers, four clasp closure with room inside for pedals, cord or whatever you need to carry. As a professional pianist and teacher, I have played a lot of different brands, and the Yamaha U series is by far the best. It is very sturdy and stays in tune well, but it also has a sensitive touch and full, resonant sound. The tone quality is better than most baby grands. I would love to keep this piano, but I just don't have the space. There is slight cosmetic damage from a previous move on one of the legs and the bench. Recently tuned. Bench included.]]>

You can toggle from a clean digital delay to a very believable analog-ish echo sound. Nice pedal. Great condition in the original box. $40. 2) Boss TU-2 Tuner. Old, but in good shape and reliable. Sorry, no box on this one. $40. 3) Ibanez AP 7 Analog Phaser. Good sounding phaser. It's been used in one church performance, so is like new. It is in the original box. $40. 4) Behringer FCV100 Volume Pedal. It works but is about 10 years old. It is in good shape, sorry no box on this one. $20. 5) Behringer HB01 Hellbabe Wah. This is basically Behringer's take on the Dunlop Crybaby From Hell. I've owned both, and I have to say, this one sounds as good as the CFH. It has certainly seen it's share of use, but has held up well. The gig bag is in pretty rough shape but the board itself looks great and works perfectly. <![CDATA[The Radio Shack MD-981 is an instrument for the expert and novice. I like it because the keys are regular "piano" size and there are 61 of them. I have had other keyboards with smaller keys and I couldn't enjoy playing. The skill I developed on the little keys didn't transfer to the larger ones either. The MD-981 is also light. One is sitting in my lap as I type this. Some of the key features of the MD-981 are the hundred tones and hundred rhythms it offers. You can choose almost any sound to play. I usually set it on piano but you can pick an instrument from any category: brass, woodwind, string or synthetic. When you know your tune you can pick one of the hundred rhythms for accompaniment. These vary from waltz to bossanova. You can adjust the tempo and volume of this. You can also set the accompaniment to start when you do. The MD-981 Keyboard has many other features I will list but don't use. You can hook it to an amplifier but I don't give concerts. You can plug in headphones. This I do use. <![CDATA[I'm looking to get rid of my LOPO 2X12 cab loaded with Celestion Vintage 30's. It is in nearly perfect condition, except for a small nick in the tolex that appears in the last picture. This cab is ported on the top and bottom parts of the front baffle, and has removable inserts that seal up the ports. The inserts are adjustable, so you can open up a small vent. I was surprised by how much playing with the vents actually shapes the tone. Opening the bottom vent seems to remove a tiny amount amount of mids, and opening the vent all the way boosts the bass. This works very well if you need a tighter sound for amps with a big bottom end, because you can plug up the port. If you want to switch to an amp without as much of a bottom end, you can adjust the vents to deepen the tone. All in all, this cab packs a big bang for the buck. The cab is actually light and very portable. I also installed casters to make the cab a bit more portable. I'm looking to get $250, which is almost half of what a new one would cost.
