<![CDATA[I inherited this trumpet from a family member and have played it for a few years. It is a CG Conn Century Bb trumpet, serial # HJ010051. Research on the Internet did not help me find any information on the horn. I took it to a friend of mine who happens to be a professional Jazz musician. from looking at it and playing it he says it appears like it was made in the late 80's- early 90's. He suggested that it was designed with an intermidiate to proffesional level player in mind, it is not a beginner instrument. He valued it to be about $1200-$1400 new. Compared to my Bach Stradivarius, it plays with a much brighter tone quality, you are able to push a lot of air through this horn, making it a perfect jazz or marching instrument. They have been stored for many years and there is some surface rust on the claws that hold the bass heads in place and the cymbal stands all the lugs have no rust. My High School band had a pair of these back in '76 that we used for playing recorded music at the Friday night football games. I always wanted a pair of them for myself because they sounded great. The woofers are original 421-8LF 15" in good working condition. The horns are the original 511B model. The HF drivers are mismatched (1 - 806 & 1 - 808) Altec drivers. They still sound great! The original crossovers are gone. I built 500Hz 12dB/octave crossovers that are essentially identical to the originals. Parts alone for the X-overs was nearly $100. There are L-pads on the HF drivers to allow integration with the woofers. The wheels that were on the rear of the cabinets are missing. If you want lots of sound from a little bit of power, these things will do it! At this point, I'll consider ANY offers, just be reasonable. Some really insulting offers have come in, so PLEASE, consider what I have in them (over $3000.00 WITHOUT hardware, hoops, heads and stands) and make an offer accordingly. Shipping will be quite pricy so keep that in mind as well. It's a one time charge of course, and after that, you'll own some of the finest drums in the world. Below are pictures of a set of 8 CLEAR ORIGINAL MID 1980'S TAMA OCTOBONS WITH NEW HEADS, HOOPS AND STANDS THAT HOLD 2 OCTOS EACH. SIZES -16, 17, 19.5, 21.5, 24, 26, 28.5, & 32 INCHES. Couple of scuffs here and there from moving them around over the years, but absolutely no cracks, chips, dents, rust or any other damage on these octos. They have stayed in a smoke-free, child-free and animal-free home since I bought them. Used for either church events, rehearsals, or something small and NEVER saw the smokey clubs or bar scene. I put my hand inside one of them so you can see how clear and nice they are. I hate to part with them but I have too much gear. These have NEVER seen the light of day. Just been sitting in my studio for quite some time. I used them recently for an in-studio rehearsal just to try out the heads and make sure they sounded good, and the believe me they do. Ranging in size from small to large, there are enough ranges of melodics for you to use them for any rock, jazz, church or other other gig you need them for. The heads are brand new. The hoops are new and it took some digging to find them. The stands are new too, kind of dusty, but nice, meaning they came with the octos and are 20+ years old, but as you see in the pics they are rust and scuff free as well. I put a clamp on two of the 4 stands to allow each one to hold 4 octos, but that was my preference. You can put two on each stand just as intended. One stand is slightly bent at the base but as you can see still holds the octos firmly. Any way you set them up, they WILL NOT disappoint you. Plan on shipping costs to be high because they will need 2 big boxes to pack them safely. Neil Peart of RUSH actually recommended these octos back in the 80's. Absolutely NO shipping to Nigeria or Ghana. Also, if you offer me some ridiculous amount of money 10 times more than what the drums are worth like these types of scammers often do, or ask me to ship it before the money arrives, or offer to send me a cashier's check or money order WHICH ARE FAKE, then ask me to send you the balance through Western Union, I'll assume you are a scam and report you immediately as well as forward your email address to the appropriate law enforcement dept. <![CDATA[This is an acoustic-electric guitar that Fender made a few years back (early 2000's?). I am the original owner, and the guitar has very rarely been played. The guitar essentially is a Strat neck on an acoustic body. The body is made of a composite material, similar to an Ovation. It has a Fishman Piezo system with onboard EQ. The only problem with the guitar is that the clip that holds the pre-amp cable to the body came off, so the cable hangs slightly loose in the body.
