The band rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 at Resurrection MCC's Activity Center, 2025 West 11th Street (at TC Jester). Someone who can cleanly sing, scream, yell, etc. Basically we want someone who can do whatever needs to be done to make a song the best it can be. I thinned out most of my gear when I retired from music world and moved from overseas. Below pictures are all I have at the moment, except for a few pedals i.e. whammy. I tend to prefer all tube amplification and don't use much modulation or time based effects. You can say I am a natural overdrive type of person. I recently moved to Houston from MI. I played at heavy metal bands through the 90s and early 2000s, played as a session guitarist professionally, recorded 7 demo EPs when they were popular (people lived through the golden ages of 90s metal know what I meant), opened for some big name bands in Europe, have producing and mixing experiences, have good guitar/amp tech knowledge and a couple of more surprises. I am looking for a working band or cool people to start up a band. I prefer to work with experienced people and most likely you should be at least 25 to have that. I am 27. I don't consider myself uptight, but I can not tolerate poor work ethic. I have a very flexible schedule and will probabily fit in yours. I take a very active part in creative process, in fact, I have at least 4 songs ready and maybe 8-9 partials that I just can not get it right; all of which are open to discussion and further improvement. I believe in freedom of creativity and usually don't intervene what you play. Being an ex-bassist thought me that :) I prefer post-punk alternative rock with catchy riffs and groove, basicly what can be considered as quality mainstream rock in mid 2000s.
