I can prorate the rest of January, but am looking for someone to move in by friday the 9th! The apartment is very clean and I am looking for someone responsible enough to take over. It's a little over 900 squre feet. I don't have pictures but will be happy to show it. The monthly rent is $589 a month, plus electricity, water, and trash. The water and trash are very low.

Other specs about the place: There is a full kitchen, dining area, and living area. The sunroom has four large windows and very large utility closet. The closet space is plentiful here. There are no washer and dryer hookups, but there are close, well-lit washateria facilities. There is also very nice pool area.
<br>
This apartment is close to HEB, Super WalMart, the medical center, half-price books, the bull and the bear pub, there is an elementary school located on overbrook. This is a gated community with a pool, washing facilities, and mailbox area. Very safe and my neighbors are very friendly and kind.
