<![CDATA[I'm looking to experiment with producing films that have interactive elements. The films will be shot from the audiences point of view and would give them choices that drive the story forward or lead the audience member through a series of entertaining events. For example. You (the audience member) wake up one morning to the sound of his roommate waking him up. You look around and notice the whole place is trashed. then you turn to the roommate and a choice of questions pops up. (this give the audience member a choice on what to do or ask his roommate who's just staring at him and looking him at like a freak... 1. Ask: Dude what happened? 2. Ask: Who the hell are you? 3. Action: Pick up old slice of pizza from the wall and eat it. If he chooses 1. then maybe the roommate tells him what going on, make fun of him and continues the story. If he chooses 2. the the roommate makes fun of him and tell him to stop being a jack ass etc. If he chooses 3. the roommate gets grossed but maybe nothing happens. Of course the movie will keep track of his choices so that maybe out of x number of possible endings additional stuff can be added. let say that our hero went through a case of mistaken identity and the mob is after him etc. Now during the final battle, he defeats the villain, but because earlier in the film he chose to eat the nasty pizza, we hear stomach rumbling and a big squishy-liquidy fart. Our hero turns green and runs off to take a shit. Saving the day but shitting on himself at the same time... oh comedy. Anyhow I hope you understand what I'm getting at. Mini games can be inserted in the movie like fights where the audience member is getting beat up and has to figure out the patter of the other guy so he can dodge the punches and punch back, or maybe hes a secret agent taking out targets with a sniper rifle etc.. It doesn't have to be comedy only, it can be dramatic... what about a film that places you in the shoes of a terrorists cel plotting to deploy a chemical agent in at minute maid park during an astros game. Or a movie that lets you play the role of a pimp. A movie where the audience member is a hostage in a convenience. It a totally experimental project and I'm looking for writers to team up with and make this sort of thing happen. No pay, but great experience and who know maybe it will stir in a new film making genre.
